Thank you for visiting the King Eider Curbside Forest blog! The Forest is now in hibernation through November 28, 2013!
During the Holiday Season of 2012, we collected 26 barrels of food for South County Outreach, along with $2,240 in cash contributions, and a large contribution of pet food! Thank you, everyone who visited, everyone who contrbuted, and, particularly, all of the residents of King Eider Lane for supporting this effort! This was our best year ever, by far! Highlights from the the 2012 season are listed below. See you next November! HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Here’s a great article in the Orange County Register, written by Joanna Clay: Santa Harley Rides In To Aliso on Harley!
We are located in Aliso Viejo, near the intersection of El Toro Rd. and Aliso Creek Rd. (map below). On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, we serve hot drinks (cocoa or apple cider) and cookies, thru New Year’s Day.
If you’d like, please bring a donation of non-perishable food, to benefit South County Outreach, a food pantry (and much more!) that helps people in our community during these tough economic times.
Check our Upcoming Events page, for special events during the season, including a visit from Santa Claus!
Thanks again for visiting! We hope to see you at the King Eider Curbside Forest!
